Job Summary
The VP, People will oversee HR initiatives for approximately 350 team members across the globe. This role is pivotal within the Senior leadership team, requiring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The VP, People will oversee a global People Team and provide strategic direction and vision to foster a collaborative, people-first culture of belonging and growth, ensuring all activities and programs align with company objectives and drive our corporate culture
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be partnering and building strong relationships with the C-Suite, using your collaboration and influencing skills to drive the People Team agenda.
You will work closely with the People Leadership team to set the People Team strategy to drive an efficient and high performing culture. You will use your experience to continue to build robust foundations for scalable growth and bring a good sense of humor, resilience, action oriented mindset and the ability to display compassion and empathy at all times, to continue to build on our Provers First philosophy.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive experience (ideally 10-15 years ) in HR leadership roles within global tech companies, particularly in scaling a SaaS or tech/product company.
- Experience overseeing a global employee base, understanding the importance of cultural and legal differences in multiple jurisdictions across the US, EMEA and India.
- Demonstrates proficiency with Employment Law, performance management practices and regulatory compliance across the globe, working in close partnership with our internal Legal team.
- Demonstrates an action oriented mindset with the ability to inspire, motivate and lead teams in driving multiple projects to completion.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills with C-Suite and/or Senior Leadership Teams
- Experience in building scalable, consistent and global processes to support global scale.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment, skilled in creating processes and managing change.
- Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership; resilient, pragmatic and personable.
- Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
- Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies; M&A experience is preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $250,000 - $270,000 plus company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
