What You’ll Do:
- Lead multiple large-scale, complex delivery projects on client engagements across all industries & verticals in a hands-on role
- Define and work within an agile framework, including estimation, facilitating backlog refinement, agile ceremonies, partnering with product owners, and demonstrations. Lead short-term discovery teams to help clients solidify their vision, create a plan to pull the future forward, and align technical resources to ensure a viable & desirable outcome during longer-length delivery & iterative development
- Be an advocate for change, embracing evolving requirements as new information is obtained and leveraging empirical process control to incorporate knowledge into working product increments
- Serve as the pivot between business & technical teams, aligning on timelines, approaches, and outcomes while helping translate between these domains. Be the functional and subject matter expert for the solution being delivered and own the outcome.
- Be the first point of escalation for team & client stakeholder concerns, identifying risks, creating mitigation plans, and resolving issues to remove roadblocks
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor, keeping all internal & client stakeholders informed and aligned on project status, delivery updates, risks, issues, and communications
- Prepare & deliver client presentations, including discovery readouts, delivery plans, prototypes, POCs, and after-action reports
- Lead business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- 12 years of leadership experience in consulting, product, or program delivery environments, ideally with a focus on data, AI/ML, or cloud technologies
- Proven experience overseeing large programs, distributed teams, and engaging directly with enterprise executives.
- Technical acumen in modern architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), data ecosystems, and AI/ML solution design is strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in agile delivery frameworks, project, and product management
- Ability to 'see around corners' and help align delivery, practice, and leadership on proactive risk mitigation
- Executive presence and storytelling ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional skills in client relationship management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-cultural team leadership
- Experience supporting business development efforts, including proposals, RFP responses, and pre-sales engagements
- Solid understanding of budget & contract management, including burn rates, forecasts, and contractual engagement models (T&M, fixed capacity, fixed fee, etc)
- Delivery of scalable, high-impact AI/ML solutions aligned with client strategy
- Deep, lasting relationships with executive stakeholders
- Development of repeatable delivery practices and methodologies
