Proven Content is a dynamic B2B content marketing agency, specializing in custom content for newsletters, blogs, and social media marketing. We provide a variety of online marketing services for a diverse array of national clients and agency partners. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic “word and people” person to fill a full-time position as Client Success Assistant.
This individual will be involved in an assistant position for multiple clients' digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who does not need to be micro-managed. This person will deliver client satisfaction and consistency in a timely, proactive, and responsible manner.
The Client Success Assistant will communicate directly with clients regarding a variety of marketing assets including articles, videos, graphics, and reports. This person will also handle content scheduling and distribution on social media. This position will report to the company's Director of Client Services.
Responsibilities include :
Work closely with Director of Client Services on editorial calendar and planning functions.
Deliver content to clients for review.
Communicate with clients on overdue reviews / approvals.
Schedule client meetings & set up Zoom calls.
Assist with administrative setup of new clients.
Schedule approved content for strategic publish date.
Distribute content on social media.
Attend and support client meetings.
Additional administrative tasks as needed.
