Assistant Manager Responsibilities :
Lead Kitchen Department focus on delivering great food kitchen staff training on production procedures and kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
Guest Service Department ensuring strong customer service is delivered service staff is trained for taking orders menu knowledge cashier skills and Drivethru procedures are followed.
People Department Manager hiring qualified crew and providing training to meet restaurant sales and profit goals while keeping crew motivated each shift.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- QSR restaurant experience (McDonalds a plus!)
- Flexible schedule availability
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Management Experience
