We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team of Home Health Aides. The right candidate will have a passion for helping others, and will be responsible for providing assistance with daily tasks such as monitoring patient conditions and providing hygiene and grooming assistance. The successful Home Health Aide will also be required to transport patients to medical appointments and help them with basic cooking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily needs of an individual living in an assisted living facility.
- Assist individuals to dress, bathe, and take medication.
- Feed, exercise, and provide respite care to individuals with special needs.
- Know where to refer patients if they need additional care or services.
- Help maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Work as part of a team.
- Follow the rules of the health care facility.
- Keep accurate medical records.
