E-Commerce Warehouse Associate

Job Overview
Proven Prep is seeking to hire a couple of people to join our team! We have been in business for nearly 2 years and growing quickly and would love to find someone who would like to grow with our company.

We started with just one employee 2 years ago and now have 24 employee's that help us operate. We still have that small startup feel.

The Ideal candidate that we are looking for would be someone who can balance being quick on the job with being detail oriented. We would also love someone who has had some customer service before as there will be some interacting with customers in slack.

You will be standing most the day and will be required to bend and lift packages up to 50 pounds on to a table for you to unbox and inspect the contents inside. From there, you will then have to use google sheets and the web to make sure products match what the customer ordered for accuracy. This all needs to be done completing 40 units or more per hour.

As we are growing and always looking to promote, it would be a huge bonus if you had management experience or drive to want to become a manager within our warehouse.

Duties

• Unbox and Inspect items for customers to make sure they are accurate
• Use our google sheets and software to update the records for our clients and our business during the shipment process
• Operate a pallet jack
• Use computer software like Slack to communicate with customers
• Lift boxes up to 50 pounds to unload and load them onto pallets
• Check packing slips to make sure the customer received what they ordered correctly against order numbers.

Requirements

• Pass a background test
• Pass a Drug Test
