I am helping an Engineering and Architecture firm in their search for an experienced Licensed Architect. They have an offices in Denver, CO, Oakland, CA and Holland, MI and primarily work on industrial architecture. They have an excellent reputation and have been seeing solid growth. This position involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while adhering to industry standards and client specifications
Responsibilities
- Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
- Lead project design, coordination, and communication, including all phases of a project from SD to CD & CA.
- Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
- Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
Qualifications
- Architecture degree (B Arch or M Arch)
- 5 years of experience
- Ability to travel
- Registered Architect preferred
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
- Experience working with permit authorities
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, BIM360, SketchUp, rendering software
