Maintenance Manager – Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 15 technicians across four facilities. This onsite role, based in the Milwaukee area, requires 25% travel and the ability to obtain a passport. The ideal candidate will have experience with preventive maintenance programs, inventory management, and CapEx ROI analysis.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop a maintenance team across multiple locations
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Maintain inventory systems to ensure critical spare parts availability
- Evaluate and manage CapEx projects with ROI analysis
- Implement and oversee CMMS for tracking and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues
- Develop budgets, manage vendor contracts, and drive cost-saving initiatives
