Who you are :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required
- 5-7 years of progressive accounting GAAP experience
- Real Estate Experience - highly preferred
- Partnership Accounting - highly preferred
- Experience with a top-tier ERP system i.e. MS Dynamics or larger ERP System etc.
