Who you are :
1. 2-3 years of design / pre-construction project management experience
2. Manages end to end design process from beginning to end of a new build construction project – preferably in data centers, commercial construction, or critical facilities
3. Experience with Procore or other construction software
4. Ability to create and read construction design documents
What You'll Do :
- This candidate will create design documents and work with electrical, mechanical, and civil subcontractors on the new build of a data center
- Work diligently with end client on design process
- Work regularly with civil, mechanical, and electrical subcontractors
- Report project timelines to stakeholders
