What Does This Position Pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage general ledger activities for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Produce financial statements and reports, including specialized reporting for real estate equity investors.
- Collaborate with property management teams to oversee asset-level financial data and ensure compliance with lender requirements.
- Support fund-level cash management by authorizing transfers and maintaining detailed records.
- Partner with internal and external teams, including auditors, analysts, and investment partners, to streamline financial processes and reporting.
- Assist with tax-related processes, including preparing documentation for external tax professionals.
- Contribute to one-off projects and initiatives that provide exposure to various facets of private equity finance.
- Educational Background: Holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited university.
- Professional Certification: Actively pursuing or has completed CPA certification.
- Experience Level: 1–2 years of public accounting experience preferred but not required; real estate or private equity exposure is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel; experience with Sage Intacct is a bonus.
- Personality Fit: A collaborative team player with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
