What you’ll do
- Proficiency in supporting platforms such as OneDrive, Citrix, Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, VPN, and Mobile Device Email.
- Experience with hardware and software deployment, configuration, and imaging of computers.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively, using a ticketing system like ConnectWise.
Location : Dallas, TX – in office 5x week
