What you’ll do:

• Lead the implementation of UKG
• Manage the day-to-day HR functions, including talent management, payroll, and benefits administration
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to build the company’s reputation and brand recognition
• Provide bimonthly presentations to the leadership team
  
  
  

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree in related field
• 10 years experience in a HR role
• A strategic thinker who wants to make an impact and transform the HR function—someone who views HR as a tool for protecting, encouraging, and developing employees.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $150,000 to $1800,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
