IT/ERP Support Specialist – Onsite in Kansas City, MO – $55k-75k
Local Kansas City candidates only! A stable, longstanding company is looking for an IT/ERP Support Specialist to help implement a new ERP and provide IT support for Microsoft/Windows systems.
Who You Are:
- Must live in the Kansas City area and be willing to work onsite 8am-5pm CT every day
- 2 years of Microsoft desktop support experience
- Experience troubleshooting an ERP, Active Directory, and networking issues
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- No sponsorship or C2C available
What You'll Do:
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Windows servers, and networking issues
- Support a new ERP implementation and train users on best practices
- Use Excel and Power BI for data reporting and visualization

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $55,000 to $75,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
