What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of private banking and fiduciary market managers, providing strategic direction and ensuring their success in meeting business goals.
- Work closely with the market director to set objectives, create actionable plans, and oversee the execution of these goals.
- Foster strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutions, ensuring the delivery of tailored financial solutions.
- Build and strengthen your presence within the local community—active participation in events, organizations, and networking is a key part of this role.
- Develop and mentor future leaders, helping them grow in their careers and achieve their individual goals.
- Ensure the team stays aligned with the company’s values, emphasizing client relationships and exceptional service.
- Leadership experience in a banking environment, specifically with teams managing wealth and fiduciary services.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor others, including overseeing managers and fostering team growth.
- Highly involved in the Dallas community, actively participating in networking events, organizations, and fostering relationships.
- Strong background in wealth management and banking, with a deep understanding of financial services and trust management.
- Effective communicator who is comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals and making a strong impact within the market.
- Competitive Compensation: $400K - $700K total compensation, including base salary, quarterly bonuses, and additional discretionary yearly bonuses.
