What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $55,000 to $70,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

What You'll Do
- Put together draw packages and submit to lender for payment
- Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders
- Monitor charges applied to a project
- Report to management on any opportunities for additional billings and/or remaining funding available for projects
- Create all project-related billings to clients
- Close out project accounts upon project completion
- Collect and review waivers, ensuring proper supporting documentation from Subcontractors
- Prepare and submit all Job billing
- Arrange for Subcontractors to receive their checks
- 1-3 years experience of draw or construction accounting
- ERP experience is required
