What you’ll do
- Function as point of contact for incident management and liaise with Product Managers to define and continually improve release management and incident management processes and automation
- Define and document the processes, escalation policies, and implementation phases of incident management and provide accurate impact reports
- Oversee processes to adhere to SOC-2 certification, as well as other cyber security & compliance initiatives
- Work with Technology team to implement improvements of Release & Incident Management

The expected pay rate for this role is $50.00 to $75.00 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
