We are partnering with a reputable Real Estate company that is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join their expanding Finance team!
This is a distinctive opportunity to be part of a growing business unit, where you'll support the leasing team, and work cross functionally with asset management and operations.
Who You Are :
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3 years of Finance experience
Must have excellent Excel modeling skills
Highly motivated, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Adaptable and open to learning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What You'll Do :
Participate in annual business plan and quarterly forecasts
Assist in data validation, plan and forecast reviews
Create summary reports for budget variances, occupancy and leasing updates, operating expenses and capital expenditures
Prepare month-end financial reporting, variance analyses and lease reporting
Prepare quarterly benchmarking report data

Compensation Information
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
