What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner Locum position at Provenir Healthcare?
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with Primary Care Outpatient experience to work this 12 MONTH Locum contract. The NP will provide and manage direct primary patient care, including physical examinations, chronic disease management, assessments, diagnoses and treatment.

Contract Length: 3 MONTHS
Shift: 8a-5p
Setting: Clinic 5 days/week
Average age range: over 18 years old
Patients per day: 18
Support Staff: 1:1 MA
EMR: EPIC
Dress Code: Professional Wear
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified Nurse Practtioner License
- 2 years of Primary Care Outpatient experience
- Active and unrestricted DEA
