Designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices |
A portfolio of user research, visual design, and usability studies that demonstrates a high level of professionalism |
Experience conducting user and usability research |
Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills |
Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills |
Direct experience leading large-scale UX/UI efforts |
Documented experience developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma or comparable design software |
Experience ensuring designs and website confirm to federal accessibility guidelines |
Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira" |
Documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency |
