Job Overview

Our group is working towards conveying these values through various platforms of digital media, social media, podcasts, radio, and working with and supporting organizations that share our mission.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Must be able to travel frequently, sometimes being away for a week or more.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, managing multiple phones effectively.
- Assist in daily tasks ranging from errands to formal events
- Maintain organized files and documentation, ensuring easy access to important information.
- Prepare reports, email's and text messages as needed.
- Ability to travel with CEO and assist with needs that arise.
Skills
- Proficent skills with Apple Mac Book and iPhone
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with file management systems to maintain organized records.
- Ability to type efficiently for documentation purposes and take detailed notes
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
This position is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office while providing valuable support to our CEO in achieving business and personal objectives.
