Private Process Server (Franklin, Lincoln, and Marion Counties ) - TN

ProVest LLC is looking for A Private Process Server/Process server agency to handle civil process service in Franklin, Lincoln, and Marion Counties - must live in or currently process serve within 45 miles of the mentioned counties.

Our passion is to meet client, legal and regulatory requirements while focusing on quality, speed, and accuracy. Documents handled range from foreclosure and collection proceedings to insurance litigation and civil complaints. This is a 1099 contract position, paid based on jobs completed weekly!** Private Investigators, process servers, and law enforcement agents are preferred ***

Additional Information/ Requirements (must be able to meet all requirements)

• You must be able to attempt all cases (assigned to you) at a minimum every 72 hours.
• Activate all cases within 24 hours of receiving the FedEx package/emailed documents
• Able to make a weekend attempt on all files assigned to you.
• Submit the original civil warrant to the clerk's office and scan to ProVest the stamped copy within 72 hours of the service date.
• Must fill out worksheets and scan them in on completed cases only within 24 hours of the service date (must have access to a scanner/scanner app)
• Utilized our Mobile apps to capture photos of addresses, place detailed attempt notes, and serve and non-serve cases in the mobile app
• Able to service all counties listed above (best if you reside within one of the counties listed).
• It would help if you had your reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance
• Due diligence of up to 5 attempts before non-serving collection cases (Before 9 am, After 6 pm, Saturday, between 9 am & 6 pm, another morning or evening)
• Due diligence of up to 3 attempts on medical cases before non-serving the issues (morning before 9 am, evening after 6 pm, and Saturday expected)

Weekly pay

• 25.00 per defendant for collections
• 20.00 per defendant for medical

Application Question(s):

• Must be technology savvy as ProVest has two mobile apps they will need to be utilized. Do you have a smartphone that allows you to download mobile apps?
• Can you attempt all cases assigned to you, at minimum, every 72 hours (to include a weekend)?
• We are required to make up to 5 attempts at an address, to try to serve/non-serve each case. Can you meet due diligence of up to 5 attempts, using a different time parameter for each attempt?
• Must be able to scan in filed civil warrants and worksheets within three days of service date. Do you have access to a scanner?

Experience:

• filing civil warrants with courts: 1 year (Required)
• Civil Process Serving for collection/medical cases: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Tullahoma, TN (Franklin County): Relocate before starting work (Required)
