We are seeking to add a Routing/Mail Clerk- On Site to our team! You will be responsible for opening, sorting and distribution of incoming mail. Responsible for packing and shipping of outgoing mail thru various internal and external vendors.
Essential Job Functions
- Adhere to department and company Policies and Procedures
- Understand and meet expectations of Production, Support and Management Team(s)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Perform in a fast paced environment with good accuracy
- Proficient in the English language
- Lifting 25 – 75 lbs. with assistance
- Keep lines of communication open between vendors
- Pack and prepare documents for shipping with materials provided by various vendors
- Ability to ship with UPS and FedEx software
- Perform either in a team setting or individually with ease

Requirements for Clerk Position
- Must be 18 years of age
- No experience necessary – ProVest, LLC will train
- Ability to multi-task
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Read the English Language
