Busy High Desert area Property Management company is seeking an assistant to our property managers in our Apple Valley and Hesperia Offices.
This position will Assist our Property Managers with property inspections for move ins, move out's, marketing and advertising and safety inspections. A reliable vehicle and good driving record is a must. Additional duties include, replying to client inquiries in person, by phone or email. Can work closely with maintenance staff and technicians to schedule repairs and organize routine maintenance checks. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills are essential. A degree is not required but experience in property management or residential leasing will be beneficial.
Starting wage is $18 per hour. Pay will increase to $19 per hour after 6 months of employment plus there will be opportunities to earn additional raises by completing training in other property management related tasks.
Candidates must have:
1. Reliable transportation. (Driving will be required).
2. Ability to use and learn quickly various computer programs.
3. Ability to take clear photographs.
