The Role

Crampton Consulting Group (CCG) are a part of Covetrus and are a group of leading practice development consultants, providing Education, Training and Business services for the Veterinary industry.

As Consulting Administration Coordinator, you will provide a range of support to our training consultants relating to administration, travel, coordination of consulting materials, invoicing, and customer service.
Your main responsibilities will be;
- Travel coordination for our consultants, including booking of flights, accommodation, car hire, parking etc.
- Invoicing of our vet clinic customers upon completion of any training/consultancy, ensuring end of month tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Provision of support to our consultants including preparation of itineraries, catering, expense reimbursement, and assisting with the preparation of relevant training materials using MS Word, Canva, Powerpoint etc.
- Document formatting and updating of training materials.
- Management of inbound enquiries via email as well as managing any potential leads coming through our CRM (Salesforce).
About You
To be successful you will have;
- Demonstrated experience (at least three years) in providing high level administration support to a team (animal health industry experience will be advantageous).
- Advanced level in Microsoft Word.
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom/Microsoft Teams.
- Demonstrated experience in programs including Canva or Salesforce CRM will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well independently and as a team player to meet deadlines.
- Strong ability to prioritise, manage conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent client and customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
