What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance position at Provide A Ride | Greater Cleveland?
Full Time- Monday-Friday
6am-3pm
Pay starting at $16.00/HR - pay based on experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Change lightbulbs/light fixtures as needed
- Install camera, intercom systems
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Painting
- Flooring and Ceiling repairs
- Install and removal of desk, shelving, cabinets, etc.
- Baseboard molding installation and repair
- Vehicle fueling as needed
- Other maintenance and repair tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years of experience in a maintenance position preferred.
- Strong work history
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Flexibility to work some Saturdays, as needed
