We're looking for individuals with call center or office-based customer service experience to join our Dispatch team!
Provide A Ride is a premier provider of passenger transportation services. Our fleet of wheelchair vans, passenger vans and shuttle buses operate 24 hours per day, 7 days a week throughout the state of Ohio, providing quality service to those in the community who rely on us for all of their specialized transportation needs. JOB DUTIES
- Assign trips to drivers using state-of-the-art software to efficiently place trips.
- Communicate with active drivers using computer-based messaging as well as the telephone.
- Report accidents to management.
- Provide customers with accurate and professional information on the status of their pick-up.
- Handle and attempt to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist the Customer Service Department as needed by answering phones and entering trip information.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug/alcohol screen, State and Federal criminal background check.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience working in an office setting strongly preferred.
- Customer Service and/or call center experience preferred.
- Must have the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
