Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30)
Guaranteed Hours : 72 hours per 2 weeks
Experience : 1 year of experience required
License : Alaska RN license not required
Certifications : None required
Must-Have : Experience with Epic charting
Job Description :
- Fully remote position
- No on-call or weekend requirements
- Open to accommodating a block schedule
- Candidates must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility
- Time off is approved on an individual basis upon offer
- Facility is a Magnet Facility and Level II Trauma Center
- Must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
- Providers with previous employment must be separated for a minimum of 3 months to return as travelers
- Travelers can work for a maximum of 1 calendar year per assignment and must take a 6-month break before returning
- Facility only accepts Hepatitis B vaccines; titers or declination are not accepted
- Communication devices (e.g., cell phone, pager) necessary for duties will be provided or compensated
- Housing options may be limited; travelers should explore options in advance
- Modules are non-billable; completion is required pre-start and annually, with recorded completion in transcripts
- Orientation includes 40 hours of training
