Job Title : Certified Nursing Assistant / Nurse Assistant
Job Specialty : Home Health
Job Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Day, 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30)
Guaranteed Hours : Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
Experience : 1 year of skilled home health experience required
License : CNA License required
Certifications : Basic Life Support (BCLS), CNA
Must-Have : Reliable transportation
Job Description :
- Visit 5-6 patients daily with a standard productivity goal of 30 points.
- No on-call responsibility is required.
- First-time applicants are welcome.
- No weekend shifts are required.
- Comfortable working with EPIC charting system.
- Must provide your own transportation, with clients grouped to minimize drive time.
- Occasional travel up to a maximum radius of 50 miles.
- Floating between all facilities within a given state is expected; refusal may result in assignment termination.
- Completion of pre-start modules is required, averaging 16 hours, with time self-reported.
- Orientation will include 40 non-billable hours.
