SUMMARY: The Assisted Living Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote an assisted living facility, aiming to attract new residents by building relationships with potential referral sources, creating targeted campaigns, and managing the community's overall brand image to maintain optimal occupancy levels; their primary focus is on reaching seniors and their families who require additional care and support in a residential setting.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred. The Assisted Living Marketing Manager will have the educational and other qualifications necessary to develop and implement successful marketing strategies to target new residents and their families.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Aside from creating and running marketing campaigns to attract new residents and get attention from the families of potential residents, the Assisted Living Marketing Manager will spend time creating regular marketing overviews, identifying strategies to increase occupancy, and working on outreach to the community.
