We are looking for some who can:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of medical professionals
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide memory care for patients with cognitive impairments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Epic
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Here are the minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in hospice care, acute care, or memory care settings preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration protocols
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
