WORK HOURS :
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturday. Various start and end times. Hours subject to change to meet business needs.
SUMMARY :
The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing quality service by telephone and messaging to bank customers in an efficient and professional manner. Refer appropriate products via the telephone. Research and resolves customer requests and answers customer inquiries regarding account maintenance, balance transfers, stop payments, all Digital Channels, etc. Performs fraud preventive tasks including mobile deposit and Fraud Anomoly Detection review through our digital platform.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Providence quality service by telephone to bank customers in an efficient and professional manner.
- Performs various operational duties.
- Support relationship building efforts of the Bank.
