Your Responsibilities

As an RN, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care, leading by example, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to support the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal resident outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care and treatment.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• CPR certification (long-term care experience preferred).
