Available Shifts and Salary:
The available shifts are 7a-3p or 3p-11p, every other weekend. Hourly rate is up to $41 per hour.
Job Description:
The RN Unit Manager oversees the delivery of nursing care and services while acting as a positive clinical role model and effective change agent. They must ensure that residents receive high-quality care and maintain nursing service objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current license for Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Certified in CPR
- One year supervisory experience preferred
- Minimum one year recent clinical experience related to geriatric nursing
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
