Responsibilities:
- The RN Unit Manager will be responsible for assuring quality resident care while maintaining nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice.
- This role requires a strong understanding of long-term care principles and the ability to act as a resource person in both clinical and management settings.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year recent clinical experience related to geriatric nursing is required.
- An Associate's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing and a current license for Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
- Long-term care experience is preferred but not necessary.
