About the Role
The RN Unit Manager will play a vital role in promoting quality resident care while maintaining nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice. This individual will serve as a resource person in both clinical and management settings, acting as a positive clinical role model and effective change agent to ensure optimum delivery of nursing care and services.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- An Associate's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- A current license for Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Certification in CPR
- One year supervisory experience preferred
- Minimum one year recent clinical experience related to geriatric nursing
