Job Description
The RN Unit Manager is responsible for ensuring quality resident care while maintaining nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice in conjunction with the Director of Nursing. This includes serving as a resource person in both clinical and management settings, acting as a positive clinical role model, and effectively driving change to ensure optimal delivery of nursing care and services.
