**Key Responsibilities:** - Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. - Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times. - Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. - Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. - Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces. - Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervising nurse or family members. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and any observations. - Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients
. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in home care preferred. - Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or a related field is highly desirable. - Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately. - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one)
