What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Providence Care In Home?
The Recruiter at Providence Care will onboard new employees, provide training and professional development, and plan and manage recruiting and other opportunities and strategies to attract a diverse and qualified pool of qualified care professionals. The Recruiter must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of human resources, possess effective interpersonal communication skills, be hard-working, innovative and ethical.
- Post and maintain job advertisements
- Plan and staff position recruitment events
- Source and review resumes from multiple locations
- Conduct screening to determine a candidate’s eligibility and Oversee interview to select candidates who best embody the culture of professionalism and heart centered at Providence Care
- Gather and complete all required documents from candidates in a timely manner
- Build new hire files and maintaining up to date credentials as requested
- Conduct orientation and engagement events as requested
- Input required information in company’s systems
- Build employee relationships
- Create strategies to increase and maintain employee retention
