We offer a comprehensive training program to set each candidate up for success.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- PMHNP Certification
- Complete daily documentation
- Daily travel to post-acute facilities within your area to provide consultative psychiatric evaluations and management services
- Ordering, interpreting and evaluating each patient to identify and assess the patient's clinical issues and health care needs.
- Formulating and providing the foundation for the patients care plan.
- Prescribing medication, modalities, or other forms of treatment.
- Perform comprehensive bedside examinations as medically necessary
Details:
- Position is Full time Monday-Friday
- Facility locations: Northeast GA area, servicing Gwinnet/Walton/Gainesville/Athens and surrounding counties
Qualifications:
- Experience in SNF/ALF preferred
- Masters in Nursing
- Valid NP License in the State of Georgia
- Psychiatric Board Certification
