Hours : Full Time Day Shift (40 hours weekly)

Coordinates team in delivery of patient care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to recognized standards and care model. Exercises independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues for assigned units.

Required qualifications :

• Graduate of an accredited / approved school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Upon hire : Alaska Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Within 1 year of hire : Certification in clinical specialty
• 3 years of recent management or supervisory experience. Charge nurse or similar experience may count for up to two years of the required experience.
