RN Care Manager - Emergency Room

Description$10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.Shift : rotating weekends and 10 hour shiftsThe RN Care Manager works as a catalyst to promote 1) coordination of care, 2) continuity of care, 3) achievement of consistent and / or expected clinical conditions, 4) patient advocacy and 5) efficient resource management. • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• 3 years - Acute care hospital or community-based clinical nursing.Preferred Qualifications :
• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or,
• Associate's Degree - Nursing
• Care Manager Certification upon hire.
