Here's what we offer:
- Weekday outpatient practice (no weekends)
- Full-time is 4 clinic days (one admin day remote)
- Part-time and flexible clinician positions available also
- All clinics are Patient-Centered Medical Homes
- Each clinician has a dedicated RN and medical assistant
- Care teams include Integrated Behavioral Health clinicians, and clinical pharmacists to support providers and patients directly
- In-house specialists, on the same EMR include optometry, podiatry, dental, nephrology, rheumatology, and asthma-allergy
- EMR is Epic

Qualifications:
- BE/BC Family MD or DO
- Rhode Island State Medical License
- Interest in caring for underserved communities

Pay: $66.00 - $161.00 per hour
