Responsibilities for CNA or Companions at Providence Companion Care

• Must have a heart for the elderly

• Provide a variety of services to maintain and support activities of daily living for our clients in the comfort of their home or facility.

• Assist with daily living activities for clients, including social interaction, and community connection.

• Administer constant, quality customer service to help our clients Thrive.

• Must have a positive attitude.

Requirements for CNA or Companion

• Have 1 year or more experience with CNA, In- Home Care, facilities, companionship, or caregiving (Preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate).

• A valid driver's License and reliable transportation (required)

• 8 hours per year in-service training (required)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care.

• Ability to be a responsible and dependable team member, remaining calm, kind and patient during difficult circumstances and emergencies.
