Providence Dental Spa is seeking a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator for our thriving practice in Newnan, GA!
The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in helping patients understand their treatment plans and coordinating all aspects of their care. This position requires strong communication skills, financial understanding, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. The ideal candidate will work closely with both patients and the dental team to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with patients to discuss recommended treatment plans, procedures, and associated costs.
- Clearly explain treatment options, benefits, and any potential risks.
- Present financial options and work with patients to establish payment plans as needed.
- Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits, processing pre-authorizations, and navigating coverage details.
- Coordinate appointments with clinical staff, ensuring that all necessary resources and information are prepared in advance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients with questions or concerns regarding their treatment plan.
- Update patient records, tracking treatment plans and follow-up care in the practice management software.
- Collaborate with the front office and dental team to ensure efficient scheduling and patient flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in dental assisting, healthcare, or administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting, preferably in a treatment coordinator or similar role.
- Familiarity with dental insurance and billing processes.
- Proficiency in dental practice software (Dentrix Ascend) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear, patient-friendly way.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
