Description

This position as a Civil Engineer III is one of full-time employment. The Civil Engineer will oversee projects from inception through completion while managing project particulars including budget, technical design, drawing production, safety standards, and deadlines. Employee will also contribute to the compilation and submission of permit applications to various entities and ensure all regulatory requirements are met. Assignments will be conducted in office at Providence's Baton Rouge location; this role is eligible for a hybrid option for a self-directed candidate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other related fields required.
• Minimum of four years of experience with execution of various engineering projects.
• Louisiana Professional Engineering License preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong emphasis on team relations.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to exercise initiative and innovative thinking.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record.
