- Ensure every patient is provided with excellent quality clinical care in accordance with evidence based medicine and quality assurance programs.
- Provide patients with preventative care, e.g., camp and sports exams, immunizations, disease management and healthcare risk screening programs.
- Document clinical are efficiently and completely in the Electronic Medical Record
- Supervise day to day operation and ensure that patients' needs are met
- Coach and develop all Clinic tream members on knowledge of company tools, core roles and best practices.
Requirements
- Family Nurse Practitioner
- Certification by a nationally recognized board
- Current licensure in the state of practice
- Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Certification
- American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider Certification (Or equivalent)
- Understanding of health insurance:local providers, general plan types, and terminology
- Previous experience in Pediatric or Family Practice (1 year)
- Must carry own malpractice insurance
- Must have active supervising physician
Approx 8 hours a week! (This does not include note-taking time)
