Financial Advisor Associate
Full-time, In person position, Woodland Hills, CA

What we’ll do for you:
· After 24 years of successful business in the financial services industry, we have our processes and systems nailed down. We will provide you with hands on training so you can be as effective and successful as possible in our team environment
· You will also receive training on our products and the rationale behind why we support certain products and investments while avoiding others
· We offer a comprehensive benefits package including company paid health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, matching 401K plan, and commissions.
· Base salary commensurate with experience plus commission from sale of new investment products or services.
· A successful advisor will earn $150K - $175K of first year income with potential for $200K in year 2.
What you’ll do for us:
· Upon completing internal training, be proficient with using our company’s internal CRM which houses every touch and communication exchanged with all prospects and clients
· Using our CRM, interact with current prospects, and follow up with warm leads
-Conduct live educational events to get new prospects
· Build rapport and trusting relationships with prospects in a manner that supports acquiring them as a client
· Develop investment strategies and recommendations based on each client’s individual circumstances and needs
· Educate and support clients at every stage of their investment process including early-stage introduction and education on investment options, investment planning, client acquisition and long-term maintenance of their investments.
· Proactively maintain a schedule of outbound communication so that prospects feel comfortable coming to you when the time is right
· Collaborate with the Client Service Advisor and Client Service Manager to ensure all client requests for service are fulfilled adequately in a timely fashion
Minimum Qualifications:
· California Life & Health Insurance License
· Must be licensed to provide investment advice by holding a Series 65 license, or one of the following designations: CFP or ChFC
· If you have held a Series 7 license and Series 66 license within the last 6 months, you may also qualify
· 3 years of client facing experience in the financial services industry
Bonus point qualifications:
· You have sold life insurance and/or annuities
· You naturally create good rapport with others and enjoy building long term relationships with people
· You are passionate about selling

Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
