Description
We are seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join the team behind the architecture, enhancement, and upkeep of our MarTech & Web ecosystem of platforms that power our Marketing programs and digital experiences. This includes solutions that are third-party sourced and in-house built. As our Associate Software Engineer, you'll build a foundational understanding of various software frameworks and cloud-based solutions. Your role will include delivery, as well as supporting more senior members of the team translate business requirements into technical plans for development. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners and Project Managers from the initial stages of discovery through implementation and support.
This role is primarily focused on learning and contributing under guidance. You are expected to :
- Show initiative in learning and understanding the technical aspects of the projects.
- Collaborate effectively within the team and follow established processes and guidelines.
- Participate actively in team discussions, bringing a fresh perspective and willingness to learn. Despite your role being junior, we require :
