Required qualifications :
- Coursework / Training : Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
- Upon hire : Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
- Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of Nursing experience in primary or specialty care clinic or ambulatory surgical / infusion center
